The 7 Day Feel Good Reset is a gentle, feel good week of moving your body consistently, without pressure, perfection or punishment.
Across the week, you’ll be guided through short Yoga, Pilates and Yin classes designed to help you move daily, release tension, build healthy momentum and reconnect with your body in a supportive way.
This is a reset that helps you get unstuck.
Not by doing more, but by doing what’s sustainable.
Just simple, nourishing movement that fits into real life and reminds you how good it feels to move regularly.

Welcome to Beginner Core Strength. This 21-day program is designed to gently build core strength, and stability through Pilates, Fusion and Barre classes. And don’t worry, this isn’t about endless crunches. When you do these classes, you will activate your deep core muscles through full body movement, breath and alignment. At the end of this program, you’ll feel stronger, more stable and more confident. Each class is short, achievable and designed to meet you exactly where you are, no matter your fitness level or experience. Remember to take the options when you need!

Over 14 days, you’ll explore the powerful balance of movement and stillness through a thoughtfully curated mix of Yin Yoga, Flow Yoga, Pilates and Meditation. While there’s a little fire to fuel your strength, this challenge gently leans into the energy of Yin, giving you permission to slow down, soften and reconnect. Expect to stretch, strengthen and restore… body, mind, and heart. Come as you are. No pressure, no perfection. We start 2 June!
