Sun Salutations are sequences of Yoga postures that act as a Salute to the Sun, a salute to all that gives life. They’re also a really great way to warm up your body. This sequence of Yoga flow is a movement practice that easily gets you out of your head and into your body. Enjoy this 5 Day Program where you will work through variations of Sun Salutation A, B and C.
