Acceptance and contentment. In yoga Sanskrit, we call this Santosha. If we don’t learn to accept ourselves just as we are (right now) we will never accept ourselves, even if we create positive change. We talk about the difference between complacency and contentment and how you can start to bring in acceptance to your life. This is a super important one Merrymakers, be sure to tune in!
