Prepare for a fast and fun fusion class that switches between Pilates, Yoga, Pilates and Yoga. You’ll work your booty, legs, core and arms during a standing only Pilates sequence (you’ll also work your brain with some of the switches!). Weave it together with a Yoga flow featuring high lunge and Warrior 2 variations you’ve never seen before. You’ll end this class with some delicious forward folds that will allow you to let it all go.
