Baby Got Back Fusion! The best of both worlds: Yoga and Pilates. During this class we focus on strengthening and opening the back. Often, we can forget about the back of the body. A strong back = open and amazing posture. It will allow you to feel a sense of ease when you walk and sit tall – rather than a feeling of ‘this is hard work’ to keep an open posture. We start with an amazing Yoga stabiliser sequence, moving through to a Pilates back extension series on our tummies! We then flow back into Yoga back bends, finishing with a Pilates burn and a blissful Yoga twist. You’re going to love this blend of strength and stretch!
