Balance and Stretch Fusion is a 23 minute class designed to help you improve your balance. Good balance is essential for longevity, as the better you can balance, the less likely you will fall (important as we all age). The Pilates is a little more challenging than the Yoga, but if you need, grab a chair to gently rest fingertips on to help you balance. We have a feeling you’ll enjoy those juicey Yoga stretches, especially after the Pilates.
