This class sits between beginner and intermediate. We’ve marked it as intermediate due to some unsupported balance work, but if you’re a beginner, simply grab a chair for extra support and join in. Balance Centre Pilates is a slow, mindful, full-body workout class with a strong focus on balance and core stability. Moving with control and intention, you’ll build strength, confidence and connection throughout the whole body. A beautiful class for when you want to slow down, tune in and feel grounded in your movement. Carla was 14 weeks pregnant in this class.
