In the class, Emma demonstrates with 2 kg weights; however, 1 kg or 0.5 kg weights are also perfect. And as always, Carla offers the option of using no weights, and YES, you will still feel an amazing arm workout. P.s Carla was 30 weeks pregnant when we created this class!
