A short, fun Blooming Barre sequence to get you feeling amazing! Prepare to work the booty, thighs and arms! Start off with a wide-leg plié sequence, complete with arm extensions to target those upper body muscles. For an added challenge, incorporate hand weights into your routine (we use 0.5 kilo!) Next, it’s time to shimmy over to the barre for another round of pliés. Here, you’ll turn up the heat with more booty burn and some serious bicep pump action.
