Sometimes we wish to change our bodies. Thinking that life will be better if you look more like her. Had a smaller nose. Flatter tummy. Smaller thighs. Bigger butt. Stronger arms etc. etc etc. Your body is amazing just as it is. No changes required. What if instead of believing you weren’t enough… that you believed you were enough? Exactly as you are. Acceptance is a tool that you will learn to create self-love. You’ll keep this tool for moments when you fall back. Back into the moments of thinking you’re not enough or you need to change in order to feel valued. Because yes, we all do fall back but now we accept that we fell and take a step towards a MerryMind and into love. This meditation will guide you to practise acceptance for each and every body part just as it is. Once you feel acceptance for your body, you’ll be well on your way to creating a self-love MerryMind, you will be well on your way to feeling freedom and peace within your body. Inhale: love.
