In today’s class, we focus on the c-curve, a move that not only strengthens the abs but also lengthens the spine. We LOVE c-curve so much! For c-curve, place a rolled up blanket behind the lower back for extra support. During this class our feet are flat and our legs are squeezed together, this helps to engage the lower core. Again, we take you through this set up in the class and don’t forget to breathe (back to Pilates breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth)!
