With an ever-flowing sequence filled with low lunge, high lunge, Warrior 1 and Warrior 2, you’ll not only strengthen and stretch the body, you’ll feel deeply present in the here and the now. Plus, you’ll challenge your inner strength with 3 opportunities to practise tippy toe squat (Prapadasana) and boat pose (Navasana). It’s time to flow and feel amazing!
