In this nurturing class, you will honour the wisdom of the heart through gentle, soothing Yin poses. There is a focus on the hips and hamstrings. With each breath, invite openness and compassion into the heart space, allowing emotions to flow freely, fostering a sense of inner harmony. As you gradually release tension and resistance, you will conclude with Child’s Pose and an introspective forward fold, encouraging self-reflection. Join us as we journey inward, embracing the transformative power of heart-centred Yin Yoga. You will need a bolster or two firm cushions for this class.
