It’s time to move your body, and connect your movement to your breath. Connection barre is a challenge but it’s just 15 minutes, you’ve got this! Start with slow mindful calf raises at the barre, move to a curtsey sequence and then long leg lifts. After this class, your booty, thighs and core will thank you! Once you’ve ticked it off, we want to hear all about it!
