It’s time to slow it all down with a Yoga Core Flow. And wow, the slow burn is real! We have fun with Downward Facing Dog, slow flowing into Plank position. Adding some knee taps for added WOW! We finish the class off with a surprise Navasana (just wait and see!)… you’re going to love it! Remember, with our Yoga flow, we breathe in through the nose and out through the nose. Slow and steady.
