Dancing Shiva Yoga is a beautiful class that highlights the importance of smart, purposeful sequencing. You will build strength and create openness in the areas of the body needed to safely and sustainably work towards Dancing Shiva Pose (Natarajasana). A layered practice that MerryBody Yoga Teacher Trainees will especially appreciate, and a great example of how sequencing supports certain poses. Carla was 14 weeks pregnant in this class.
