Well, this 28 minute fusion class really is delightful! It’s a Pilates, Yin Yoga Fusion. So prepare for the work and then enjoy the bliss! Ahhh! You’ll begin with an all 4s sequence that will not only work the glutes, thighs and core, but it will also work your mind. You’ll enjoy a long pigeon hold to break up each side (your booty will be ready for this stretch!). Then you’ll drop down for an amazing side body and inner thigh sequence, with a lovely Yin twist hold. We have a feeling, this could be a new favourite class.
