This class! Prepare for fast moving and heart pumping exercises during Determined Pilates! It’s just around 13 minutes, as Emma says many times “you can do it!”. This class will build your strength and your fitness with a quick and effective squat and lunge sequence. There is an option for hand weights, we use 0.5kg but you could also use 1 kg. We can not wait to hear what you think about this fire cracker class!
