This class is based on the classic crunch with some super fun modifications! Plus, it’s just 5 (or so) minutes… yes, that’s all you need to feel the burn. Remember to hold your belly button towards the backbone, your elbows are back, keep the neck long… don’t worry we remind you throughout the entire class. And don’t forget to breathe, inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
