Grab your barre (chair/table/rail) and get ready to Dip, Lift and Wrap! This class is filled with simple movements that are seriously effective (i.e. you WILL feel it!). You’ll create strength in your amazing muscles as you work through small, controlled movements. Let’s do this! There’s an option to add .5 kilo hand weights (or cans of food!).
