This is officially our longest single Pilates class inside MerryBody! It’s a total body workout that will leave you feeling fit and fantastic! You’ll start with squats and move through bounces, planks, all-fours, oysters, and booty lifts. This class has a bit of everything, offering a challenging experience packed with options to suit your pace. There’s an option to use small (0.5 – 1kg) hand weights for this class.
