Let’s get Down and Dirty Fusion! The best of both worlds: Yoga and Pilates. During this class prepare to feel the booty burn and welcome in the bliss town feels all at once. We start with a Yoga inspired warm up, moving quickly into a Pilates Down Dog sequence (ouch!). Stretch it out right away with a delicious Pigeon flow. Ending the class with a stretch of the hamstrings and spinal twist. You are so welcome!
