Grab your props (bolster or 2 firm cushions, 2 blocks or books) and get cosy. Expect deep, slow stretches that release tension from your hips, spine and shoulders, plus pockets of stillness that calm your busy mind. Close with a Chakra Meditation to leave you feeling grounded, restored and absolutely balanced. Loved it?
