It’s time to experience the magic of both worlds: a fusion of Yoga and Pilates. We seamlessly go from Yoga to Pilates to Yoga and back to Pilates. Not only do these movements create strength and flexibility in our arms, but they are also low impact with a connection to the breath. When we breathe better we DE-STRESS the body and mind. More of that please! Again, there is the option to add hand weights (we used 1kg/2.2 lbs but you could half that! You could also use 2 x same sized cans of food).
