It’s time to enjoy this class: Gentle Rest Yin Yoga. It might even be better than a nap! During this session, you’ll start slow, focusing on opening and relaxing the hips. You’ll then move to the Earth, opening up your heart space, followed by a beautiful spinal twist. You’ll finish with the ultimate rest pose, Savasana. After this class, you’ll feel a deep sense of renewal and peacefulness. You’ll need a bolster or two firm cushions for this class. P.s Carla was 28 weeks pregnant when we created this class!
