The intention for this practice is to let go, surrender and give over to something bigger than you (whatever you might like to call that). It’s not about giving up, it’s about giving over. Enjoy the stretch in the hips, hamstrings, side body and inner thighs. Enjoy the flow in the movement and the twists of the body that will create space in your spine and open your posture.
