Experience the fusion of Yoga and Pilates in this slower paced class designed to make you glow from the inside out! Start with a Lizard Lunge stretch sequence to open the hips (yes please bliss!). Follow this with a fiery Dancing Thighs sequence to work your legs and booty. Finally, have a lie down as you’ll end this class with a lovely Pilates side series that brings focus to the legs, abs and inner thighs! It’s time to ignite your glow and feel revitalised! P.s.
