We slow down the technique and the movement so you can build strong foundations to make your MerryBody practice safe and effective. During this class we will cover grounded Yoga poses including: Pigeon, Janu Sirsasana, Lateral Bend Variation, Baddha Konasana and Paschimottanasana.
