Welcome to your Guided Savasana Body Scan, a space to soften, to release and to simply be. Allow your body to fully rest, feeling the support of the Earth beneath you as you gently close the eyes and turn your awareness inward. There is nothing to do here, nowhere to go… just an invitation to slow down and tune in. As we move through the body, part by part, you’ll be guided to notice, to feel and to let go, releasing any tension you’ve been holding, consciously or unconsciously. Let the breath be natural, the body to feel supported and the mind be at ease. This is your time to rest, restore and reconnect. The perfect class to stack on the end of another, or as a stand alone class.
