Enjoy this slower flow where you will gently stretch the hamstrings, glutes, inner thighs and spine. It’s time to roll out your mat, let go of the day’s stress and prepare to discover a harmonious blend of relaxation and gentle movement. You’ll need a bolster or 2 firm cushions for this class.
