Ok, it’s called Hot In 5 Pilates when perhaps it’s more like Hot in 6 and a half Pilates (hehe). You will move and get a little hot in this class, it’s fast, and it’s fun! A whole body standing workout with squats, curtsies and arms. There’s an option to grab your hand weights (0.5 or 1 kg) or no weights.
