In I am Powerful Barre you will start off with energetic high kicks, followed by our favourite (and maybe yours?) bouncing sequence. Grab your hand weights for an added challenge (we use 0.5kg but 1kg is another perfect option). After working the arms, you’ll then make your way to the barre for a dynamic donkey kick series where you’ll feel it in the booty, the thighs and the core. This total body workout will get you feeling invigorated, strong and connected to your power! P.s Carla was 16 weeks pregnant in this class!
