Oh yes, Ignite Fusion is high energy and seriously fun. You’ll kick things off with Sun Salutations A, B and C to get the body warm and moving, before flowing into Pilates for a fiery leg sequence. The movements are simple, but they move at a quicker pace, so expect to get a little hot and sweaty. This class is a great cardio burner and an energy shifter. Stack it with a Yin or relaxation class afterwards if you need to slow things back down… we definitely did! Carla was 14 weeks pregnant when we filmed!
