Welcome to Intention to Action Yin Yoga. During this class you will feel inspired to take the seed of an idea and contemplate on how you can bring it to life. The poses you’ll experience are a little more intense like frog pose and toe squat, these will really awaken the energy lines of your body. You’ll need a bolster or two firm cushions for this class. P.s Carla was 20 weeks pregnant when we created this class!
