Our Philosophy teacher inside MerryBody Yoga Teacher training, Andrew Mournehis, says: “it is what it is, as it is.” This mantra welcomes in the action of acceptance, forgiveness and surrender. Use this class to intentionally welcome in this notion. You’ll find your flow with the repetition of Warrior 2 and be challenged with several balancing postures, including Tree Pose and Eagle Pose. When you find yourself wobble, perhaps fall out of the pose, remember: it is what it is, as it is!
