This is the perfect class to stack on the end of any other, or perfect if you are short on time. As the class name suggests, prepare for an epic arm workout. Emma is using 2 kg weights in this class, so a little heavier than normal. If you have larger hand weights available, give it a try, but feel free to drop down to lower weights or none at all (like Carla is demonstrating). Ps. Carla is 28 weeks pregnant when we created this class.
