Welcome to another MerryBody Yin Yoga class! This class is specifically designed to stretch ALL the parts of the body to help you progress to do the full splits. Side note: we both cannot do the splits (yet!) AND being able to do the splits does not make you any better of a human, it simply means you’re quite flexible. The even better thing about stretching all of these (usually) tight places of the body is that you will stand taller and move with more ease. Oh, it’ll also bliss you the heck out. You’re welcome!
