Experience the perfect blend of Pilates and Yoga with Let’s Go Fusion! This class begins with a standing Pilates sequence that will test your balance and work your booty, thighs, arms and shoulders. You have the option to use hand weights (Emma is using 0.5kg) or follow Carla’s demonstration without weights. The Pilates portion is a bit of a challenge, but the Yoga that follows is blissful, stretching out your booty and hips after all that hard work. With a flowing arms sequence you’ll quickly forget about the Pilates. This could be your new favourite class. Let’s go! P.s Carla was 30 weeks pregnant when we created this class!
