Not in the Mood Pilates is the ideal class for those days when you’re less than enthusiastic for your workout. Or perhaps you’re not in the mood for a super intense session. This class keeps you close to the ground throughout. Enjoy a lovely side sequence, with a brief arm sequence in-between each side. You also have the option to incorporate small hand weights into your routine, Emma uses 0.5kg weights. This class offers a gentle yet effective way to stay active, even on your less motivated days (we all have them!). P.s Carla was 20 weeks pregnant when we created this class!
