This is one of the older MerryBody classes. For higher quality sound and video select a newer class. This move might look easy but when done correctly it can really burn in a good way! The goal is to keep the body stable. Try to keep still and not roll the top hip backwards! This will help to strengthen your booty muscles and also mobilise your hip joints. Great movements if you suffer from back, hip or knee pain.
