On the Floor Pilates is fun, fast and oh so effective! In just over 10 minutes you’ll work the booty, arms, core, thighs and back! Wow! Talk about full body workout! As the name suggests you’ll stay on the floor for the duration of the class, you’ll move from dancing thighs, to a fire-y plank series (with options!) and then finish with back work.
