You guessed it… another mat based class where you’ll stay low to the ground. Get ready for a fun side sequence mixed up with back and ab work. After this class you’ll feel a big sense of accomplishment and like you’ve worked the entire body. Remember to focus on your control and stability within the movement, so often the work comes from the stillness, not just the movement. Engage the core, squeeze the booty, take options when needed! Feel free to add a folded blanket under your hip if you feel any discomfort during the side body work. P.s there’s a special guest inside this class!
