Are you ready to feel the burn? In just under 10 minutes we promise you will know you’re building strength in those arms! There’s an option to use hand weights (we used 1kg/2.2 lbs but you could half that! You could also use 2 x same sized cans of food). You don’t need them though, it’s a tough class with out them! No matter which option you choose, be sure to hold your arms strong, squeeze those muscles and you will FEEL IT! The magic is in the repetition and the control in each movement. Oh your arms are amazing.
