Point and Flex Pilates combines your all time favourite movements (All 4’s and Plank!) with variations that will work the body and the mind! You’ll work one side, enjoy a little arm burn in the middle (get your light weights (.5 – 1kg) or cans of food ready!) and finish it off with the second side. You’ll smile, sweat, point and flex! See you on the mat!
