Welcome to Posture Power Barre! This total-body Barre class will challenge and energise you from head to toe. With a strong focus on posture, strength and balance, you’ll work your glutes, legs, arms and core… all while working on that beautiful posture of yours. Expect a few wobbles (they’re part of the magic!), as the balance work and mindful movement are exactly what help build lasting strength and better posture. You’ve got this! There’s an option to add hand weights to this class! Emma is using 2kg, but you can use .5-1kg too, or no weights!
