Power Fusion is a fun little class, once the 15 minutes is up you’ll feel strong, powerful and uplifted! You’ll start with a Yoga Flow, with a few fast transitions, get ready to feel a little fire. Then you’ll move on to Pilates, where you’ll bounce (so fun!) and work the back and arms. There’s an option for hand weights, we used 0.5kg.
