This class will have you feeling energised, radiant and also potentially a little hot and sweaty. It’s a challenge, but we know you can do it! In Radiance Barre you will cycle through sets of squats with a whole heap of sequence layering. Prepare for all the long leg tap and lifts plus donkey kicks.
