A 30 minute Yin Yoga class designed to help you slow down and reset. With long-hold poses that gently target the hips and lower body, this class is especially supportive if you sit a lot or feel stiff and tight. You’ll begin with Low Lunge (Dragon Pose), an intense but rewarding Yin pose that can bring real relief and comfort to the hips. You’ll finish feeling more open, grounded and refreshed.
