Santosha Yoga is dedicated to the practice of acceptance and contentment. Santosha is the second Niyama. Niyamas are internal observations, practices to help you understand the way you think and feel about yourself, the world around you and the life you are living. This class encourages you to practice acceptance of all that you are and all that you have. Cultivate this intention movement to movement, breath to breath and allow the peace that contentment brings, to wash over you. This class is a fire-y flow with variations of Low Lunge, Warrior 1 and High Lunge.
