This 1 hour class is directly from our Yamas and Niyamas Yoga Training Program. A little sneak peek into the 10 x 1 hour classes you’ll experience throughout the entire journey! During this class you’ll ask: who am I when I stop trying to be “good” at Yoga? This class is about noticing where you perform versions of yourself, on and off the mat, creating honesty and truth within body, breath and mind. Enjoy a beautiful standing flow, followed by a series of low to the ground poses. You will finish this class with a deep connection to yourself.
