In under 20 minutes you’ll work the side and back body but also (of course) the core! This class is the class to do when you don’t feel like a super high energy Pilates class but you still want a really great workout. It’s slow, it’s mindful, you will feel that good kind of burn. Oh, and you also lay down on the mat for the duration of the class (not quite a nap, but still lovely). Option: grab a folded blanket for under the hips and pelvis for extra comfort.
